With over 18 years of experience in management and consulting for the luxury tourism industry, and over 20 years co-running a sustainable and organic product company, in late 2023 I was able to launch my personal passion project: Kerridwen Green Real Estate. 

 

Over the years, I have participated in blueprint-to-launch and management projects of 41 spas in 4*-5* hotels and chains, with facilities ranging from 300m2 (3,200 sq.ft) to 3,600m2 (38,750 sq.ft). During this time, I have been responsible for managing tasks such as concept creation, spa layout and décor (including collaboration with architects, designers and builders), sustainability practices, promotion and marketing campaigns, social media, operations, protocol and sales manual writing, etc. Having obtained results such + 94% sales growth for individual projects and up to + 38% within two years for multinational companies, I am accustomed to high-scale negotiations with company owners and CEO's, and enjoy leading multicultural teams.

I have British and Spanish roots, and have had the privilege of being involved in the purchase and sale of several properties in the USA during a 25-year period, providing me with insights of both the European and the American markets, systems and behaviours.

 

I love to travel, write and I feel at my best when surrounded by greenery - forests and mountains make me happy! I like to think that I have not only a passion, but also an eye for beautiful real estate, and would feel honoured to work and collaborate with you and/or your firm.
